Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration (MCIA)
MCIA is a first-of-its-kind arbitral institution in India, established as a joint initiative between the domestic and international business and legal communities. Since its inception in 2016 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, MCIA has established itself to provide world-class dispute resolution services tailored to meet the needs of parties and arbitrators.
MCIA offers a robust framework for institutional arbitration, governed by its state-of-the-art Arbitration Rules, which draw upon the experience of administering over 100 matters. The Rules have been designed to align with international best practices and ensure efficiency, transparency, and fairness in the administration of arbitrations.

Swiss Arbitration Centre
The Swiss Arbitration Centre is an independent institution that provides high-quality arbitration and mediation services worldwide. The centre is well known for its Swiss Rules, the golden standard for arbitration and mediation.
Every year, the Centre helps hundreds of companies and individuals resolve their disputes in a fair, private and effective manner. The Centre’s services are available for any dispute, regardless of its nature, the nationality of the parties, the place of arbitration and the applicable law. The Centre can settle disputes promptly and efficiently, which allows the parties to move on quickly and get back to business.

Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM)
Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) is one of the pioneer institutions in India, providing institutional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, which includes international and domestic commercial arbitration, mediation and negotiation and conducting training programs in ADR. IIAM is a non-profit organisation registered in India and commenced activities in the year 2001.

IIAM is one of the founding members of Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation (APCAM) and functions as the APCAM Centre in India. IIAM is also the first Secretariat of APCAM, having centres in most of countries in the Asia Pacific Region.

AAA-ICDR Asia Case Management Centre (Asia CMC)
The AAA-ICDR® has had a footprint in Singapore since 2007, working closely with many groups to promote the use of international arbitration in Asia. The AAA-ICDR Asia Case Management Centre (Asia CMC) was created in 2019 as part of the Singapore office expansion at Maxwell Chambers. The AAA-ICDR has maintained a steady caseload of parties from China, India and Southeast Asia. The Asia CMC – along with our other offices around the world – further positions the AAA-ICDR to provide round-the-world case management services. The Asia CMC provides a full suite of alternative dispute resolution case management services for parties filing to resolve disputes in Asia’s hub for international arbitration. It also has staff equipped and trained in regional languages including Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, and more to effectively serve its parties.

DELOS
Delos is an independent arbitration institution. It combines time and cost efficiency with quality and flexibility in the resolution of disputes through arbitration. For its pioneering endeavours, Delos received the 2018 Global Arbitration Review Award for Innovation. Delos has been nominated several times since for further awards recognising its user-centric innovative initiatives and high-quality delivery.
The institution provides an award-winning, innovative, systematic solution, starting from the contract-making stage through to the issuing of the final award in case of arbitration, and including a post-award compliance reinforcement mechanism.
