The Swiss Arbitration Centre is an independent institution that provides high-quality arbitration and mediation services worldwide. The centre is well known for its Swiss Rules, the golden standard for arbitration and mediation. Every year, the centre helps hundreds of companies and individuals resolve their disputes in a fair, private and effective manner.
International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes
ICSID is an international facility available to States and foreign investors for the resolution of investment disputes. Established in 1966 by the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (the ICSID Convention), it is the only global institution dedicated to international investment dispute settlement. Through its specialized rules of procedure, world-class facilities, and expert legal and administrative support, ICSID provides unparalleled dispute resolution services to States and investors. Since the first case was registered with ICSID in 1972, the majority of all known international investment disputes have been administered by ICSID.
Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR)
The Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) is the first not-for-profit member-based Asian centre for alternative dispute resolution (ADR). AIADR is a repertoire of global jurisprudence, formed by professional membership, recognized by international institutions, striving for the advancement of alternative dispute resolution methodologies, for amicable conflicts management and effective dispute resolution. AIADR is endorsed by the Asian African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), which comprises of 47 member states.
AIADR is dedicated to promoting the practice of ADR through affordable and accessible education and development of the profession commencing from the Asian and Africaan Continents and reaching out across the globe.
Asian International Arbitration Centre
The Asian International Arbitration Centre was established in 1978 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO). Pursuant to an agreement between the Government of Malaysia and AALCO, the Government of Malaysia supported the establishment of a regional centre for commercial arbitration in Kuala Lumpur and agreed to provide the facilities for the establishment and functioning of such a centre. The Government of Malaysia has also accorded AIAC independence and certain privileges and immunities for the purposes of executing its functions as an international institution. Administered by a Director under the supervision of the Secretary General of AALCO, AIAC is a non-profit nongovernmental international arbitral institution that adopts the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules with modifications, i.e. The Rules for Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC Rules).
WIPO is the global forum for intellectual property services, policy, information and cooperation. The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center offers time- and cost-efficient alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options, such as mediation, arbitration, expedited arbitration, and expert determination to enable private parties to settle their domestic or cross-border commercial disputes. The WIPO Center is international and specialised in IP and technology disputes.

Thailand Arbitration Center
The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) is an institution that provides alternative dispute resolution services, comprising of arbitration and mediation, for cross-border disputes. It is established by the Act of Arbitration Center B.E. 2550 (2007). The THAC was first founded and commenced its operation in 2015, intending to promote and strengthen the alternative dispute resolution system and services in Thailand.
The Thailand Arbitration Center is located in the heart of Bangkok, one of the most international and vibrant cities in South-East Asia. The THAC is easily accessible with its convenient locale in the vicinity of international airports. It offers high standard ADR services, affordable administration fees and the state-of-the-art facilities for in-person and remote hearings.
The latest services introduced by the THAC is the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for arbitration mediation and negotiation, called “TalkDD”. This innovative service is easy to use, it can be accessed by laptops, smartphones and tablets with a simple login system.
Hyderabad Arbitration Centre
‘Hyderabad Arbitration Centre’ (HAC) was established in the year 2019 under a not-for-profit Trust – 'Hyderabad’s International Arbitration Association' (HIAA); to promote ADR mechanisms through ‘institutional arbitration’ & ‘institutional mediation’.
HAC is the first ever ‘Institutional Arbitration & Mediation Centre’ in Hyderabad, Telangana that aims to address the need to institutionalise arbitrations and mediations. For this purpose, HAC has framed its own robust and progressive set of “Arbitration Rules” and “Mediation Rules” available on hac.org.in which govern the administration of arbitrations and mediations. The HAC Rules were published in the year 2020. HAC is operating out of a premises in the heart of ‘Hi-Tech City’ in Hyderabad with state-of-the-art facilities (Hearing Rooms) and latest technology.
The Governing Council of HAC contains prominent Arbitration & Mediation Practitioners. A Global Advisory Board is also formed to maintain a panel of advisors from across the world, which comprises eminent individuals from diverse industry backgrounds and great international exposure, whose common area of interest is 'ADR'.
Ex Curia International
Ex Curia International was established by its founder with the objective of offering a worldwide platform for enthusiasts in the field of International Dispute Resolution. It aims to bring together diverse viewpoints from all over the world to provide a dynamic forum for professionals and students to discuss ideas and practises relating to International Dispute Resolution.
Launched in 2020 by a small group of law students, ECI has since then expanded into a global organisation with a network of notable ADR professionals from all over the world. ECI intends to improve the accessibility of various views on ADR to everyone who show interest through the use of blogs, journals, virtual cafés, podcasts, and a number of networking events.
When we talk about some of ECI's achievements amongst multiple others, it brings us great pride to share; ECI’s suggestions feature in ICSID’s World Bank Draft Code of Conduct and Commentary for Adjudicators in International Investment Disputes. Soon after this milestone achievement, ECI’s team was invited to contribute to SEBI’s Consultation Paper on ‘Strengthening the Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism in the Indian Securities Market by harnessing Online Dispute Resolution mechanisms’.
